Hi All -
For anyone interested in a refinement of the approximate distance we row during our Bay Series races, today, 2/6/2011, I started my GPS/heartrate monitor 10 or 20 meters before the start and stopped the monitor about a stroke past our dock finish line. When I arrived home, I downloaded the information to my computer and found the distance to be 5214 meters. The only thing is this distance includes some meandering through the fog in the turning basin.
